About Ten

At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. We are a Pilates led health and wellness business built around our Circle of Care. This means our clients are supported at every stage of their journey, from pain and rehab to strength, confidence, and long term results.

Our studios bring together Reformer Pilates, Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercise, and Massage in one place. We work as one team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other so our clients receive truly personalised care.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Reformer Pilates Instructor with strong experience and a clinical mindset to join our London studios in a full-time 40 hour role. This position is designed for experienced professionals who want stability, progression, and leadership responsibility within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will either be an experienced Pilates Instructor with a recognised Mat Pilates qualification, proven Dynamic Reformer Pilates experience, and a strong background delivering high quality group classes.

Alternatively, you may be an experienced Hybrid Trainer with a background in Sports Science, Clinical Physiology, Strength and Conditioning, or Sports Therapy. You will bring a strong rehabilitation focused mindset and demonstrate a clear interest in clinical care, movement quality, and long term client outcomes rather than generic gym fitness.

This role suits someone who wants to build a long term career within a clinically integrated team and play an active role in maintaining and elevating studio standards.
